The Instructional Supervisor and Enrichment Specialists support teachers in expanding their knowledge, skills and understanding related to gifted and talented education resulting in improved demonstration and differentiation of student learning by committing to doing the following: 

• develop and assist in the implementation of multiple service options for gifted and talented students
• develop, implement and monitor the identification process for Gifted and Talented students.
• oversee effective implementation of student education plans (GSSP).
• provide support to program directors and divisions working with Response to Intervention services.
